New Candidate Registration

Thank you for selecting the Candidate Registration option on Hospitality Career Services (HCS) website www.hotelheadhunter.com.  HCS is the only Executive Search Firm endorsed by the Hotel Recruiting Association of America (HRAOA).  HRAOA has engaged HCS to create and manage their hotel employment website called USAHotelJobs.com.   

HCS is phasing out their database and phasing in the USAHotelJobs candidate database.  These two candidate databases will merge in to one confidential database managed by HCS.  By clicking below you will be transferred to our new web site and you will be one step closer to finding your dream job!  The candidate registration portion takes about ten to fifteen minutes, but after you complete the registration:   

1. HCS Recruiters will contact you from time to time to present career opportunities that match your preferences.

2. You will have created a new on line resume in the format that Hotel Hiring Managers prefer.

3. You will be able to view, edit, email, and print your new E-Resume. Soon you will be able to send this E-Resume to other similarly formatted job boards.

4. Your new E-Resume and all your contact/record information will remain strictly confidential and the only one that can query your record is an authorized HCS recruiter. No employer including yours will have access to your database record.

5. You will automatically be enrolling at the same time to HRAOA's web site called USAHotelJobs.com, where you will be able to search for additional Hotel Jobs throughout the US.
