Employer & Hospitality Career Services is a simple one-page document. For proprietary

Fees: Hospitality Career Services offers a
fee structure that is very competitive and requires a commitment on behalf of both
parties. The fee includes a percentage of the successful candidates first years-base
salary. Our fee structure will gladly be reviewed with interested employers.
How the whole thing works: Employers are
welcome to contact Hospitality Career Services. See Contact
page. We will confirm mutual interest, agree on terms, and discuss the Opportunity Profile
in an introductory telephone conversation. HCS will write and forward you an Opportunity
Profile for your approval. The Opportunity Profile contains information on your company,
the position, the candidate requirements, and the scope of the assignment etceteras. Upon
your approval of the Profile HCS will initiate the recruitment process. HCS maintains a
confidential database of thousands of hotel management candidates. HCS will have a
database recruiter query the database and then email, fax, leave phone messages for and
eventually speak with the approximate 40 candidates that will be surfaced from our
database search. At the same time the HCS Network Recruiter, and the HCS Internet
Recruiter will be doing similar recruiting. Approximately 100 potential candidates will be
surfaced. Next HCS will screen, telephone interview, and implement their proven techniques
in selecting the top few candidates. Typically HCS will present three qualified &
interested candidates within two to three weeks. |
