Mr. Prager earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 1985.

Mr. Prager has taught Hospitality Management courses at the collegiate level and for the Education Institute of the American Hotel & Motel Association from which he earned his accreditation as a Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA). Mr. Prager had corporate responsibilities with Stanford Hotels where he hired and trained General Managers.

Mr. Prager is currently the President of Hospitality Career Services (HCS). HCS is a consulting firm specializing in Executive Search for the Hospitality Industry. HCS represent candidates that hotel owners and hotel management companies want to hire. The firm’s fees are employer paid and there is no fee to candidates. The firm recruits strictly for the hospitality industry and for positions with a minimum base salary of thirty thousand dollars.

Mr. Prager is currently on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Hotel Motel Association and the greater Phoenix / Valley Hotel Resort Association. His hobbies include performing Magic and Scuba Diving and spending time with his wife, his two daughters, and his family & friends.
